The Essentials plugin (and its spiritual successor EssentialsX) offer some of the most essential and often overlooked features of a civilized and stable Minecraft server. On modded, you won't find this plugin. Instead you should look for Nucleus. Nucleus is the successor of the successor as far as modded goes, but like Essentials itself, it is the gold standard for multiplayer server management (in modded).
